These sessions typically include: - **Interactive walk-throughs** of your SPOL module(s) with hands-on practice using your institution’s real data. - **Role-specific training** to ensure each user understands how to contribute to the system based on their responsibilities. - **Live Q&A opportunities**, providing immediate clarification and dialogue around questions or system use cases. - **Strategic planning conversations** with your leadership team to help align SPOL usage with institutional goals. This format is especially valuable for institutions launching a full-scale rollout, seeking a high-touch experience, or working with large teams that benefit from in-person collaboration and coaching. *Please note: On-site training is offered as an add-on service and incurs an additional cost.* Large-Scale Virtual Training For institutions looking for flexibility and broader accessibility, large-scale virtual training offers a powerful alternative. These sessions are conducted over Zoom or your preferred conferencing platform and are structured to accommodate larger audiences, often across multiple campuses or departments. SPOL’s virtual training sessions include: - **Module-specific overviews** that walk users through key functionality and best practices in a clear, structured format. - **Customized examples** using your institution’s data to demonstrate workflows, reports, or templates that your team will regularly use. - **Recorded sessions** provided after training for continued access and onboarding of future users. - **Breakout room options** for department-specific or role-based follow-ups, depending on your preferences. Virtual training is ideal for institutions with distributed teams, hybrid work environments, or limited travel budgets. It offers similar content as on-site sessions, with the added benefit of being able to revisit the material anytime. *Large-scale virtual training is also available at an additional cost as a supplemental service.* Which Training Option is Right for You?
